- Shipping is free on all orders above âš999. Orders below this threshold carry a âš49 flat shipping fee.
- Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- BudsBazaar is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
- For COD orders, please keep exact change ready. Our delivery agents may not carry change.
- If your package is lost in transit, report it within 10 days of the expected delivery date for a full resolution.

Common shipping questions
We ship to 27,000+ pin codes across India via our courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post). Very remote or restricted areas may only be serviceable via India Post, which can add 1â2 extra days. Enter your pin code at checkout to see available delivery options.
Address changes are possible within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it hasn't been dispatched yet. Go to My Orders â select the order â Edit Address. After 1 hour or once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Tracking delays can occur during peak periods or when packages move between courier hubs. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us at support@budsbazaar.in with your order ID and we'll raise an investigation with the carrier within 24 hours.
The delivery agent will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the package is returned to our warehouse. We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery â a re-delivery charge of âš49 may apply. To avoid this, ensure your phone number is correct and reachable on the delivery day.
Yes. All orders are insured against loss or damage in transit by our courier partner. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll process a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Same-day delivery is not available yet, but it's on our roadmap for select cities. Express delivery (1â2 business days) is currently the fastest option and is available for metro cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata.
