Important Notes
- Do NOT send back any item without receiving a return approval from our team. Unapproved returns will be rejected and shipped back to you at your cost.
- Photos or video evidence of the issue are mandatory for all return requests. Requests without evidence may not be approved.
- If your return is approved and you fail to hand over the package to our reverse pickup agent within 3 days, the request may be cancelled.
- BudsBazaar reserves the right to reject a return if the item returned does not match the original product or is found to be in a different condition than reported.
- Refund amounts reflect the item price only. Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For high-value items (above âš5,000), an in-person quality verification call may be scheduled before approval.
- All return decisions made after quality check are final and binding.

Email us at support@budsbazaar.in with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with next steps. Do not ship anything back without receiving an approval from us first â unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Yes, wherever possible please return the part in its original packaging. If the original packaging was damaged on arrival, use safe alternate packaging (bubble wrap, padded envelope). Do not use a regular envelope for loose earbuds â parts damaged during return due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
For damaged or defective-on-arrival items, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, defective-on-arrival claims may not be accepted. For all other eligible return reasons (wrong part, not compatible), the window is 7 days from delivery.
Yes! For eligible returns, you can choose a replacement instead of a refund. Simply mention your preference when raising the return request. If the replacement part is a different price, we'll either collect the difference or refund the excess accordingly.
Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of our quality check passing. After initiation, timelines depend on your payment method: UPI/Bank transfers take 2â5 business days, card/net banking takes 5â7 business days. If it's been longer than 7 business days since your QC approval email, contact us with your return request ID and we'll investigate immediately.
All return pickups arranged by BudsBazaar are insured. If the part is damaged during transit back to our warehouse, you'll still receive your full refund or replacement â the insurance claim is handled by us, not you. Ensure you pack the item securely before handover to the courier agent.
No. Products listed as 'good' or 'fair' condition are priced accordingly and their condition details are clearly disclosed on the listing. Normal wear consistent with the stated condition is not a return reason. Returns are only accepted when the actual condition significantly misrepresents what was described â e.g., listed as 'like-new' but arrives heavily scratched.
