BudsBazaar is India's first dedicated marketplace for individual earbud replacement parts. Instead of buying a whole new pair when you lose or damage one earbud or your charging case, you can find and purchase just the specific part you need โ€” saving money and reducing e-waste.

We currently stock replacement parts for Apple AirPods (all generations), Samsung Galaxy Buds, Sony WF series, Boat Airdopes, JBL Tour & Tune series, Realme Buds Air series, OnePlus Buds, and Nothing Ear series. We're regularly adding new brands and models.

Yes. Every product listed on BudsBazaar is either an original OEM part or a certified compatible replacement. We verify each supplier and do not permit counterfeit or low-quality knock-off listings. Each product page clearly mentions whether the part is OEM or certified compatible.

Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is on our roadmap for later this year. If you're outside India and interested, drop us a note at support@budsbazaar.in โ€” your location helps us prioritise where we expand next.

Orders & Payment

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. All online payments are processed through our secure, PCI-DSS certified payment gateway.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us

You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn't been dispatched yet. Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', and select 'Cancel / Modify'. After 1 hour or once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible โ€” you'll need to follow our return process instead.

COD is available for most pin codes across India, but may not be available in some remote areas. Availability is shown at checkout based on your delivery pin code. COD orders may attract an additional handling fee of โ‚น30โ€“โ‚น50 depending on the order value.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3โ€“5 business days across India. Express delivery (1โ€“2 business days) is available for select metro cities at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping is completely free on orders above โ‚น999. For orders below โ‚น999, a flat shipping fee applies โ€” the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Express delivery carries an additional charge regardless of order value.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order anytime from 'My Orders' in your account. If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our support team.

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to two times. After two failed attempts, the package is returned to us. If your order is returned, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (which may incur a re-delivery charge) or process a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You can return a product if it is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Items that have been used, physically damaged by the customer, or returned after 7 days are not eligible for return.

Log into your account โ†’ My Orders โ†’ select the order โ†’ click 'Request Return'. Choose the reason, upload photos if required, and submit. We'll review your request within 24 hours and send you a prepaid return shipping label if approved. Please do not ship the item back without an approved return request โ€” unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 2 business days of it reaching our warehouse), your refund is processed: โ€ข Credit/Debit Card: 5โ€“7 business days โ€ข UPI & Wallets: 1โ€“3 business days โ€ข Net Banking: 3โ€“5 business days โ€ข COD (bank transfer): 5โ€“7 business days โ€ข BudsBazaar Store Credit: within 24 hours

Yes! If the return is approved, you can choose a store credit, a direct refund, or an exchange for the correct part. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the correct replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.

All products on BudsBazaar carry a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by incompatible use. To raise a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days at support@budsbazaar.in.

Products & Compatibility

Use the search filter on our homepage or the Products page. Select your Brand โ†’ Model โ†’ Part Type (Left Earbud, Right Earbud, or Charging Case). Our filter shows only parts that are confirmed compatible with your exact model. If you're unsure of your model number, it's usually printed inside the charging case lid.

Yes โ€” for most models, a replacement earbud will pair seamlessly with your original charging case because they share the same firmware and pairing protocol. Each product listing specifies the compatible case models. If you have any doubts, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility for you.

We're constantly expanding our catalogue. If your model isn't listed, use the 'Request a Part' form on our Products page and we'll do our best to source it. You'll receive an email notification as soon as the part becomes available.

It depends on the product listing โ€” some replacement earbuds include ear tips and some don't. Check the product description and the 'What's in the Box' section on each listing. If ear tips are not included but you need them, we often stock them as a separate accessory.

Yes! While our speciality is individual parts, you can add both the left and right earbud to your cart and purchase them together. However, if you need both earbuds and the case, it may be more economical to buy a full pair from the brand directly โ€” we're here to save you money, not charge you more.

Account

You can browse our catalogue without an account, but you'll need to create a free account to place an order. Having an account lets you track orders, request returns, save delivery addresses, download invoices, and access exclusive member deals.

Click 'Sign In' on the top right, then 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link within 2 minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@budsbazaar.in.

You can request account deletion from your Account Settings under 'Privacy & Data'. We'll permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note: account deletion does not cancel pending orders. Resolve any open orders before requesting deletion.
