Our support team replies to all emails within 2 hours during business hours (MonโFri, 10 AMโ7 PM IST). Emails sent outside business hours or on weekends are answered the next business morning. For urgent order issues, WhatsApp is faster.
Check your spam/junk folder first โ confirmation emails sometimes land there. If it's not there either, email us at support@budsbazaar.in with the mobile number or email address you used at checkout and we'll locate your order and resend the confirmation.
Tracking numbers become active 12โ24 hours after dispatch. If it's been more than 24 hours and the tracking still shows no results, contact us with your order ID and we'll investigate with our courier partner directly.
We currently operate as an online-only store and do not support walk-in pickups. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and delivered to your address. This allows us to keep prices low and serve customers across India.
